A Glimpse into Healing – My Story

I’m Amanda Jensen—a therapist, coach, creative, and the founder of Artnosis Therapy, a powerful approach that blends creative expression with subconscious healing. With a background in

psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, and creative arts therapy, I’ve dedicated my work to helping others reconnect with their authentic selves, navigate life with clarity, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I provide sessions both in person from my beautiful studio and online, supporting a mix of private clients and NDIS participants. Whether face-to-face or via Zoom, my sessions are inclusive, creative, and tailored to meet each person's unique journey. I also run workshops and programs, and lead training through the Artnosis Institute, where I support wellness professionals to integrate creativity into their practice in ways that feel aligned, sustainable, and impactful.

Everything I do is grounded in compassion, creativity, and connection — because I believe healing doesn’t have to be clinical or cold. It can be expressive, empowering, and full of heart.
